- Watch this video on Creating PDFs using G-Suite Print Menus. Take screenshots of the menus that are important to the PDF creation process when using G-Suite Software. Add these screenshots to your PDF Essentials iCan Slide.
- Take a look at this list of Why PDFs are Important. Add this list to your PDF lingo slide.
- Add these logos below to your Productivity File lingo slide. These are the main productivity suites of software that make these types of files.

- Add these images to your G-Suite in your GSA iCan slide in your digital notebook. Use shapes to outline all the apps that we talked about in your Lingos above on these images.
- For each lingo that is a software application in G-Suite (all the lingos except G-Suite and GSA), take a screenshot of their logo and add it to their Lingo slide. Also, brainstorm a list of possible uses for that tool in your learning, and type out that list on your Lingo slides. Come up with at least 2 possibilities. - For each desktop publishing lingo above, identify the G-Suite application that fills that purpose. Copy the logo and name of the G-Suite app to the desktop publishing lingo it fulfills.
- Check out the pages below about Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets. They will help you understand better what each app is best for when desktop publishing. Use the information to check your work so far, and then create a list of three ways you can use each desktop publishing category. Put the list on the slide.
